The Rockridge Boot Camp™
Boot camps are a terrific, group driven workout to improve general fitness for people of all levels.
Classes challenge the entire body by going from exercise to exercise with little to no rest.
The goal is to maintain a moderate to high level of exertion for the duration of the session, providing an efficient and highly effective workout.

Cardio “Booty” Camp™
A high-energy dance-based cardio class that blends great music and simple dance routines, Cardio Booty Camp is 45 minutes of dancing, followed by 15 minutes of core work for one hour's worth of fun and full-body fitness. Pump some energy into your life while getting down with tunes that keep you moving!

Core Circuit
Combining the fundamentals of boot camp and core classes, Core Circuit offers a full body workout with cardiovascular elements and a focus on core exercises. Core strength and stability exercises are mixed in with boot camp style techniques to provide an integrated workout that will strengthen, tone and keep the heart rate up.

Lengthen & Strengthen
A unique class dedicated to increasing range of motion and flexibility through your entire body, Lengthen & Strengthen will take you through a series of standing, sitting, and floor stretches designed to open your chest and hips, lengthen your hamstrings, relieve shoulder tension and increase joint mobility using a contract and release method that stretches and tones the muscles, leaving you feeling balanced and rejuvenated! This one-hour class is beneficial to people of varying fitness levels and modifications can be made for any personal limitations.

Zumba®
Zumba® is a Latin dance/fitness class that feels more like a party than a regular aerobic workout. A fusion of Latin and other varieties of music mixed with a range of dance forms — including belly dance and hip hop — will raise your heart rate and relieve your stress for the day!

Roller Works
Learn how to use the foam roller to relieve muscle tightness/soreness, build core strength and stability, open joints, and relieve stress. Like massage, rolling provides myofascial release - the application of gentle pressure to the connective tissue to eliminate pain, restore motion, increase circulation, and improve nerve and immune function.

Unleash your inner fighter and blast away fat with this hour-long class that's sure to make you feel like a winner. Increase your cardiovascular endurance, core strength, stamina, agility, and knockout power! Although the foundation has roots in kickboxing, you don't need experience in martial arts. Kick, punch, and sweat away your workday stress!

Burlesque

Learn the sultry, sassy art of classic burlesque striptease in a fun and friendly environment! You will learn fundamental burlesque moves, pinup poses, and group dance routines.
Open to women of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds, 18 years and older. No prior dance experience necessary!

Yoga Level I
This class is appropriate for the beginning yoga student and for someone who is returning to yoga after a hiatus.
Students will learn the general form of the poses while building strength, stamina and flexibility.
Classes are challenging yet playful, incorporating the three A’s of Anusara yoga: attitude, alignment and action.
The aim is to empower students and ensure they leave feeling good (and wanting to return!).
