Boot camps are a terrific, group-driven workout to improve general fitness for people of all levels. Classes focus on workouts that challenge the entire body by going from exercise to exercise with little to no rest. The goal is to maintain a moderate to high level of exertion for the duration of the session, providing an efficient and highly effective workout. Basic training focuses on those who are just getting started and teaches form and technique to build up for more advanced classes. Best of all, it’s FUN!

Core Flow Fitness™ is a system of fitness and body awareness techniques founded in a dance perspective. Classes incorporate deep stretching, isometrics and stabilization techniques derived from yoga, Pilates and formal dance techniques. BEGINNING: An introduction to help boost water fitness for efficient lap swimming. If you’re already comfortable in the water (can front/back float and front/back kick as well as go 25 yards without assistance) but struggle or quickly fatigue, this class will help you become more confident with each stroke as well as improve your endurance. Build the basic swimming skills with drills and progressions for stroke technique in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Swimmers also learn treading water, efficient side-breathing, relevant turns for all strokes and underwater swimming. INTERMEDIATE: Increase stamina with focused progressive drill work for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Swimmers work on stroke refinement, controlled breath-work, increase distance per stroke, and legal turns. Workouts include playing with various energy levels within aerobic and anaerobic sets and using our pulse rate to monitor effort levels. Get a good workout and be ready for challenges.
